Legoland shows us a mini World of Chima model

The folks over at Legoland have recreated the World of Chima attraction in a scaled down LEGO model.  The model consists of 125,000 bricks and took more than 300 hours to build.  It is six feet long and 10 feet long.

“So when we do a Lego Model, what we are actually do-and you’ll find it in Minidand USA–all of the cities in Miniland are built on the 1-to-20 scale. This model is the same, so it’s built in the 1-to-20 scale of what you will actually see in the park,” said a representative from Legoland.

The World of Chima is set to open later this summer at Legoland Florida.
