Disney extending the Magic Kingdom 4th of July fireworks for a whole week

If you cannot make it out to the Magic Kingdom on the 4th of July, have no fear, Disney is extending their 4th of July fireworks show ”Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky,” for an entire week.  The show will run from July 1- 7th as part of Limited Time Magic.  Epcot and Hollywood Studios will have separate celebrations on the 4th of July as well.

Over at Epcot guests will be able to meet and greet with your favorite Disney characters from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and from 3:30 – 6 p.m. outside near Kidcot  and enjoy performance by the Voices of Liberty at 12:30, 1:45, and 3 p.m. in the America Gardens Theatre.  The night ends with a special fireworks show after Illuminations called The Heartbeat of Freedom.

Over at Hollywood Studios guests will enjoy the “Rockin’ 4th of July Celebration.”  This celebration kicks off in front of the Sorcerer’s hat at 6 p.m.  Mulch, Sweat & Shears will also be performing at 7, 8, 9 and 10 p.m.  The fireworks show will finish off the evening at 10:15 p.m.
