Busch Gardens has announced that the initial media days scheduled for Falcon’s Fury and the Pantopia area are cancelled.  The media events were suppose to happen on May 23 and May 29, but were cancelled due to ongoing construction and ride testing.

“Due to construction delays, the grand opening of #FalconsFury has been delayed. We’ll post more info as it’s available, so check back soon,” the park posted on its Twitter account.

A May 1 grand opening is not off the table completely, so we will have to wait and see as testing wraps up.

When open, Falcon’s Fury will bring guests up over 300 feet, then dropping them face-down at speeds up to 60 MPH.

We will keep you updated as we hear more from Busch Gardens.
