First permit filed for Halloween Horror Nights 24 at Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando announces 2013 Halloween Horror Nights dates

With one construction project (Diagon Alley) coming to an end, it looks like things are beginning to kick into high gear for Halloween Horror Nights.  The first permit has been filed for construction to begin in the Disaster queue and other areas of the park.

This is about the right time of year when we see these things beginning to pop up, so we may see more permits like this filed, or this could be the only one we see.

Thanks to Parkscope for the find.
