After months of rumors and speculation, Disney has officially announced that Frozen is coming to the Norway Pavilion and replacing Maelstrom at Epcot.

The new unnamed attraction will bring guests into the world of Arendelle and immerse and put them in the middle of their favorite scenes and songs from the film.

Maelstrom will close on 10/5 to make way for the new Frozen attraction.

Disney has also announced that Elsa will take part in the nightly lightning of the ice lights on Cinderella’s castle.  Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf will also be joining “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade” this year as well.

No opening date was given for the new Epcot Frozen attraction.
