Busch Gardens donated $5000 in toys to the Hampton Roads chapter of Toys For Tots.  To get that many toys, the park enlisted the help of seven students from York Middle School in York County and James River Elementary in James City County. The students joined Busch Gardens’ elves and toy soldiers for the shopping spree of a lifetime at the Newport News, Va., Toys”R”Us store. Marines from the Hampton Roads Toys For Tots chapter were on-hand to cheer them on and help stack the toys for delivery to local families this holiday season.

Guests can get in on the action too by bringing an unwrapped toy to Christmas Town through Dec. 14 and the park will include it as part of its donation to the Hampton Roads Toys For Tots chapter.
