It looks like Hotel Breakers is getting a new place to eat during its extensive refurbishment. Quaker Steak & Lube will be replacing TGI Friday’s for the 2015 season and should be open in time for the 2015 season kick off at Cedar Point.
Quaker Steak & Lube is a chain resturaunt famous for their unique automotive theming they put into their restaurants and are also quite famous for their chicken wings.
The current TGI Friday’s will be closing on New Year’s Day to make way for the new Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant.
“We think our guests are really going to enjoy it,” Cedar Point spokesman Bryan Edwards said. “It really helps us diversity our offerings out there, and that’s our goal.”
This new change is one of the many new changes Cedar Point has coming in 2015, including the overhaul of turning their former stand-up coaster Mantis into the all-new floorless coaster Rougarou, which is also scheduled to open in 2015.
