The hotel will be inspired by the story of four 1920’s explorers who built a resort based upon their travels to four sections of the world.  These include an African savannah, a South American rainforest, a Polynesian island paradise and an area inspired by the natural beauty of Asia.

Disney Explorers Lodge is scheduled to open in early 2017 and will feature 750 guest rooms, four themed gardens, three restaurants and shop.
