New ‘Attack on Titan’ exhibit opens at Universal Studios Japan

New 'Attack on Titan' exhibit opens at Universal Studios Japan 1

I don’t think we will ever see anything like this at Universal Studios here stateside, but nonetheless, the Japanese love their crazy cars and their crazy theme park attractions!

Universal Studios Japan has opened a new attraction based upon the popular manga series “Attack on Titan” called “Attack on Titan The Real.”

The event runs from January 23 through May 10 and includes some incredibly large and almost creepy character statues.  Two of the statues stand over 40 feet tall.

Other franchises as part of the Universal Cool Japan event include Evangelion, Resident Evil and Monster Hunter.

Click on over to Anime News Network for more photos of these giant statues throughout the exhibit.
