Beluga Whale dies at SeaWorld Orlando

Some sad news to report out of SeaWorld Orlando today as Nanuq, one of the parks four beluga whales has passed away today.

Nanuq was being treated for an infection that was related to a fractured jaw he suffered while an encounter with other belugas.

SeaWorld performed an examination on the whale and they are waiting on the results of the exam which will be available in six to eight weeks.

Nanuq was located in the parks Wild Arctic attraction and was originally from the Vancouver Aquarium.
