Management positions shuffled around at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as company restructures

SeaWorld continues its reorganization after several layoffs and changes throughout the parks.

The current SeaWorld Orlando Park President Terry Prather is becoming SeaWorld Entertainment’s senior vice president of operations.

This is an entirely new position created by the company

Daniel B. Brown will become the company’s Chief Parks Operations Officer.  He was formerly the COO of SeaWorld parks.

Donald W. Mills will replace Prather. He will oversee SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica.  He will be leaving his position as COO Busch Gardens and Sesame Place parks.

Prather will oversee general safety, environmental, ride operations and standardization functions across the company’s parks.  He will also be working closely with the parks zoological team
