Disney Cruise Line officially announced today that beginning in November 2015, “Tangled: The Musical” Stage Show will make its debut aboard the Disney Magic in the 977-seat Walt Disney Theatre.

Three new songs created exclusively for this show by Academy Award-winning composer Alan Menken and Grammy Award-winning lyricist Glenn Slater will bring the story of Tangled to life aboard the Disney Magic.  Popular songs from the movie will also be featured in the musical, including “When Will My Life Begin,” “Mother Knows Best,” “I Have a Dream” and the Grammy Award-winning ballad, “I See the Light.”

The show will follow the popular film with a few new twists added in.  All of your favorite Tangled characters will be making appearances in the musical, including Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, the villainous Mother Gothel and Maximus the police horse.

Disney Cruise Line also announced today that a “Frozen” segment will be added to the “Disney Dreams… An Enchanted Classic” musical aboard the Disney Wonder beginning in summer 2015.

“Tangled: The Musical” will make its debut during the Nov. 11 four-night Bahamian sailing aboard the Disney Magic.
