File this one under the bizarre files.  A woman in West Virginia is suing Disney after she claims the company planted a chip inside her body.

Julie Lynne Hooker claims that Disney planted a rubbery chip inside of her body without her consent or knowledge.

Hooker claims that through her own “research,” the owner and operator of the “d-chip” is the Walt Disney Company.

She is seeking monetary damages and for the chip to be removed from her body.

She does not have a lawyer and is representing herself.  Good luck lady.

MagicBand 2.0 maybe?
