The man behind the Skyplex in Orlando is eyeballing another area to build a Skyscraper structure, better known as a polercoaster, but instead of the sunshine state, this one will be in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Joshua Wallack, the developer behind the project met with Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian on the proposed polercoaster to the old former Sands casino site, which closed back in 2006.

The Atlantic City version of the skyscraper would be far less extravagant than the Orlando based one, which is going to have shopping and retail space.

Nothing has been finalized on the project as it is in the early stages of development and planning.  It is said that the Atlantic City version of the polercoaster will be smaller than the Orlando version.

The Skyscraper at Skyplex in Orlando is scheduled to open in 2016.
