Six Flags has officially announced that they have banned selfie sticks from all of their parks.

“We strive to provide the safest possible environment in our parks and these devices pose a safety risk to guests and employees,” said Katy Enrique, a Six Flags communication manager.

Walt Disney World has also joined in banning selfie sticks at all of their parks as well.
