Disney is said to be releasing an app where people can purchase in-park merchandise and have it shipped to them via the app.

The new app will reportedly be called “Shop Disney Parks” and will give shoppers a huge variety of in park goodies, purchase them, and then have them delivered to your front door.

The app will reportedly offer shopping at select retail venues throughout Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney/Disney Springs.

If you’re at the park, you have the option of opening up the app and shop for merchandise and have it delivered to the front of the park after your purchase has been made.

You will also have the option of linking the app to your  MDE (My Disney Experience) account so you can apply annual passholder discounts.

An official release date has not been announced by Disney yet, but when we hear one, we will bring it to you.  It will reportedly be available for iOS and Android devices.

No word on whether a Disneyland version will be available or not.

As if you didn’t need another option to spend money on Disney merchandise!
