A Florida man learned that joking about meth labs at Walt Disney World is not the brightest of ideas after he was banned from the resort permanently.

David Swindler was staying at the Pop Century Resort at Walt Disney World when he made a phone call to book another night. After being on hold for around 15 minutes, David took his frustration out on the front desk and added “I could have built a meth lab in the length of time it’s taken you guys to answer my question.”

Orange county deputies and Walt Disney World security later approached David in his room asking him about the meth lab.  No meth lab was found and no charges were filed, but David and his family were escorted off Disney property with a trespass warning.

Disney is reviewing the case and determining whether or not the ban will be lifted.

Swindler mentioned that he will be sending a letter to each Disney board member and Disney security.

Do you think Disney was in the right for banning him for life after the meth lab joke?
