If I-Drive 360 developer Chuck Whittall has his way, helicopter tours could be coming to I-Drive 360 in 2016.
Whittall said that helicopter tours have been in the works for the past several months and once open, will increase the odds of guests spending more time at I-Drive 360.
The initial plan is for one helicopter and will possibly expand from there, offering short and long tours. The tours would depart and land atop the I-Drive 360 parking garage.
Whittall also has plans to build a 425-foot Starflyer attraction across the road as part of the new Vue at 360 complex.
I-Drive 360 is currently home to The Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds wax museum and Sea Life Aquarium. The area also features numerous dining and entertainment venues.
