If chocolate is your forte, you may want to check out the newly opened Ganachery at Disney Springs.

The story behind The Ganachery is that it was once an old apothecary where the local residents of the springs came for medicine.  The area was then taken over by a South American couple who turned into a chocolate shop.

The details of the building include a chandelier made from authentic copper pots that are used to make chocolate goods.

Even the walls of the building are “chocolate themed” and are painted a dark chocolate and even a caramel color.  All of the packaging that the chocolates come in are colored in shades of brown, caramel, cream and ivory.

There are a total of 16 different chocolate flavors to try at the new Ganachery at Disney Springs, including dark chocolate with a touch of shaved Egyptian salt, or milk chocolate with a dash of dark chocolate and a pinch of Sri Lankan cinnamon.
