After a 34 year hiatus at Walt Disney World, the Three Caballeros have returned to Walt Disney World at Epcot in the grand finale of Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros at Epcot.

The trio was originally featured in the Mickey Mouse Revue attraction at Magic Kingdom Park and Tokyo Disneyland.  The Mickey Mouse Revue closed at Magic Kingdom on September 14, 1980 as it headed overseas to Tokyo.  The attraction made its debut on April 15, 1983, only to be closed again to make way for PhilharMagic in 2009.

The figures once again popped up at the D23’s Destination D: Walt Disney World 40th in May 2011 at Walt Disney World Resort.

The figures made their surprise debut today at Epcot during the finale of the Gran Fiesta Tour in the Mexico pavilion.

Disney also released a shirt celebrating the re-release on the Disney Store, pre-order it here.

Are you excited to see the return of the Three Caballeros?
