If you’ve driven or walked down International Drive near Sand Lake, odds are you’ve seen the world’s largest entertainment McDonald’s located on Sand Lake Drive.  The iconic structure features a giant mural of french fries on the side of the building, and can be seen from I-4.

The giant structure will be closing its doors tonight (December 30th) to make way for its replacement, which is literally being built next door at this very moment.

The current one has been open since 1976 and offers two floors of activites, which include video games and even bowling.

The new 19,000-square-foot replacement located right next door is scheduled to open in February. No word on what games and/or activities will be located inside.

Did you ever eat at this McDonald’s?
