If you’ve been on social media recently, you might have noticed a certain hashtag going around Facebook with people arguing that the newly updated Star Wars Monopoly was lacking a certain star from the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie.  The hashtag being #WheresRey.

The game does feature Luke Skywalker and Finn as the Light Side characters. However, the game completely lacks quite possibly the biggest character in the movie, Rey.

Hasbro went on to explain that Rey was cut from the game to exclude any spoilers of the movie.  This was their reasoning behind the lack of multiple Rey toys during the holiday season as well.

Hasbro announced this week that Rey will be added to the game later this year.

This isnt the only Star Wars: The Force Awakens hashtag debate to take on social media.  Back when the Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster was revealed, people began using the hashtag #wheresluke due to Luke Skywalker being absent from the movies poster. And well, we all know why that came to be if you’ve seen the movie.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens became the highest grossing movie ever this week, surpassing Avatar.
