SeaWorld Orlando invited us out today to experience some of the bands, brews and BBQ at their annual event.
Executive Chef Hector introduced us to some of his creations for the event, including several unique waffle cone creations, including a Smoked Brisket Waffle Cone and a waffle cone filled with beef brisket and jalapeno cheesy mashed potatoes, all topped with a zesty BBQ sauce.
Another unique creation was a corn chip taco bowl, which was basically a bag of Frito’s chips cut open, topped with beef, lettuce, tomato and salsa.
For dessert? We had a Warm Apple Crisp, which was apples, cranberries with a warm oatmeal topping. All of which was piled conveniently into a waffle cone for your enjoyment.

The event features a concert every weekend and runs Saturday and Sunday, February 13 through March 6.
