Yet another milestone has been completed in the construction of Orlando’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster.  SeaWorld has completed track installation on Mako as the park continues to prepare for the opening of this new realm and record-breaking roller coaster.

The final piece of track weighed in at 12,500 pounds and was hoisted into the air with a waving American flag and then bolted into place.  The total length of Mako is 4,760 feet.

Mako will make its debut later this summer and reach speeds of 73 MPH and a height of 200 feet tall.

SeaWorld topped off Mako back in January with the tallest piece of lift hill track.
