Fulton’s Crab House opening as Paddlefish later this year at Disney Springs

Fulton’s Crab House will be getting an extensive makeover for the remainder of the year and will reopen as Paddlefish.

The centerpiece menu item will still be seafood, which such items being offered such as lobster risotto, Maine lobster and more.

“We’re excited to embark upon Paddlefish’s next voyage, and can’t wait for guests to share this new experience with us,” Andy Lansing, president and CEO of Levy Restaurants.

Levy also owns and operates Portobello and Wolfgang Puck’s, both which are located at Disney Springs.

Paddlefish is part of an extensive makeover of the former Downtown Disney area to Disney Springs, which once opened, will feature more than 150 restaurants, shops and attractions.
