SeaWorld Orlando officially unveiled today that their latest roller coaster, Mako, will have its grand opening on June 10 at the park.
The park also announced a new program called “Mako Rising” that gives guests a behind the scenes look of this epic coaster project. The new show is located at the Nautilus Theater and runs daily at 11:45 AM and 2:45 PM. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and experience and informative session about Mako, the tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster in Orlando.
Mako is known as a hypercoaster and will stand 200 feet tall and reach speeds of 73 mph. The coaster will be the centerpiece of a new area for sharks which will feature Shark Encounter, Sharks Underwater Grill and other educational experiences.
