In an interesting bit of news yesterday, Rocky Mountain Construction, who is famous for their incredible wood/steel hybrid coasters, issued a recall on a hydraulic cylinder used in the restraint system on some of their newer coasters.

The recall caused Dollywood to shut down their newest roller coaster, Lightning Rod.

The other coaster affected is Wildfire at KOLMÅRDEN in Sweden.

No word on how long this recall is going to affect the downtime of the coasters.
