PHOTOS – New Time Reservation System opens at Pteranodon Flyers in Jurassic Park

One of the longest wait attractions at Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resort, most likely due to its low capacity, has always been Pteranodon Flyers in Jurassic Park.

Universal Orlando has recently constructed a pavilion outside the attraction that would allow guests to reserve a time to come back at a specific timeframe, similar to Fastpass at Disney.

The new pavilion is open and guests can now reserve a time to come back later in the day with their child to ride the attraction.

And yes, you still need a child at least 36 inches to ride the attraction

Scroll through the photos above for some photos of the new area.

No telling if this technology will pop up at any other Universal Orlando attractions, but it is interesting to see Universal finally get into some sort of permanent time reservation system for an attraction.
