LEGOLAND coming to New York in 2020

Merlin Entertainment made it official today by announcing that a new LEGOLAND theme park will be coming to Goshen, New York, which is about 60 miles north of New York City.

A planning board for the town of Goshen approved the $500 million park during a meeting. A site plan, special use permit, and clearing and grading permit were all issued for the project.

Merlin did not give an exact timeline of construction but mentioned that construction will start “soon.”

Merlin Entertainment also operates Legoland parks in California, Florida and several international locations.
