Three new Italian dining and drink venues coming to Disney Springs

Disney announced today that Disney Springs will soon be home to three Italian dining venues, all three of which will be located next to The Edison at Disney Springs.

The first concept is called Maria & Enzo’s, which according to Disney, is described as a “trattoria set in the town’s abandoned 1930’s airline terminal which has now been transformed into an open and airy restaurant.” The venue will feature 50-foot ceilings and artifacts that reflect air travel, including maps and historic flight paths.

The second venue is called Enzo’s Hideaway, which is described by Disney as a “Tunnel Bar” and will serve a casual menu of hearty Roman Dishes.

The last dish features a true delicacy, PIZZA. This venue is called Pizza Ponte and will feature quick, on-the-go pizza for guests to grab. Some of the menu items include Pizza al Taglio (Sicilian-style pizza served by the slice), signature Tirangolo (stuffed pizza bread) sandwiches, and Porchetta (roast pork). And for dessert, pastries such as Bombolini (Italian donuts), Sfoglia di Riso (pastry with rice cream), and Tiramisu.

All three venues will be opening this winter at Disney Springs.
