Six Flags over Texas receiving biometric finger scanners for 2014

It looks like annual passholders at Six Flags over Texas will have a quicker way to get into the park this year due to some newly installed biometric finger scanners.  The scanners are coming to the park after successful tests at Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Six Flags Great America in Chicago.

“The rollout of the biometrics has gone much better than planned,” said Jay Thomas, vice president of the company’s project management office and information technology. “Everyone has been very happy with the implementation.”

The rollout will begin in 2014 and go through 2015.
