Some Busch Gardens Tampa neighbors are complaining Falcon’s Fury is too loud

Since Falcon’s Fury has started soft openings earlier this month, neighbors that live near Busch Gardens Tampa are complaining that the ride is too loud.
“It sounds like an auto accident, eeerkk,” says neighbor Jim Froonjian.
From the sounds of it, neighbors are complaining of the ride when it comes to a stop and the noise it makes when the cars swing back out after the initial freefall.
Busch Gardens said they are listening to the neighbors and if there is a way to “mitigate the sounds for the neighbors the park will look into it.”
Tampa Police said that the measurement of 70dBA that WTSP measured is louder than what the Tampa ordinance allows, but says theme parks are exempt from the ordinance.
Busch Gardens has not yet announced an official opening date for Falcon’s Fury, when they do, we will bring it to you.
