The newly updated redhead scene in Pirates of the Caribbean at the Magic Kingdom

Pirates of the Caribbean at the Magic Kingodm officially reopened today with the new changes to the readhead scene in the attraction.

The new changes transformed the redhead into a pirate character and the auction was updated to her selling plundered goods instead of the the former auction scene.

Here is what the Disney Parks Blog is saying about the new changes:

The pirate auctioneer now oversees a sale of the townspeople’s most prized possessions and goods. In this scene, the familiar redhead figure has switched sides to become a pirate named Redd, who’s just pillaged the town’s rum supply and has something to say about it.

Disneyland’s changes will begin on April 23 when the ride closes for refurbishment. Changes have already been made at Disneyland Paris.
