Disney World is hard at work constructing the massive new Disney’s Coronado Springs tower that will feature 545 guest rooms, including 50 suites. The resort gave us a few new photos of the outside and interior of this new tower that will be opening next year.

In one of the photos (below), Disney gives us a glimpse inside the massive lobby of the new resort. Disney mentions that in this area, guests can “check in and find some cozy places to relax.” Disney also mentions the new rooftop table-service restaurant that will provide incredible views of Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney also updated us on the refurbishment of Coronado Springs Resort as well, mentioning that “all 1,800-plus existing rooms have been fully updated with new fixtures, furnishings and lighting.” There will also be a new restaurant located “on an island in the middle of the resort’s 14-acre lake, Lago Dorado, with new walkways stretching across the water allowing for quick and convenient walks to and from all parts of the resort.”

Both Coronado Springs and the new tower will have a color scheme that will blend the whole resort together for a nice finish touch.
