Disney launches new “Guest Experience Team” throughout Magic Kingdom

The holidays at Walt Disney World can be  a stressful time for visitors due to the MASSIVE crowds that gather for the most wonderful time of year. The parks are VERY busy this time of year and Disney World will be helping guests out with a new service called the “Guest Experience Team.”

This new service will be a group of dedicated people spread throughout the Magic Kingdom that will help guests with a variety of services and answer questions they may have about their trip to the Magic Kingdom, including Fastpass+ help, including booking and changing selections. The team will also be glad to help with any questions you may have about the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone and the MagicBand’s that go along with it.

The Guest Experience Team’s are located throughout Magic Kingdom, including Main Street USA near the Castle, Fantasyland near Enchanted Tales with Belle, Frontierland near Pecos Bill, Advenureland near Jungle Cruise Skipper Canteen and Tomorrowland near Stitch’s Great Escape.

Cast members wear a bright blue uniform that will be easy to spot within the massive holiday crowds.
