Disney Announces Purple Treats to go with those Potion Headbands
You may already own a pair of the Purple Potion headbands, but now Disney has announced a variety of purple themed treats to go along with them and your day at the parks.
There’s a lot so lets get down to it.

Purple Minnie Cake on a Stick will be available at the Magic Kingdom Park, Castle Hub Cart (available Jan. 11) It is described as a Minnie-shaped blackberry cake on a stick topped with a chocolate bow and coated in purple chocolate.

Purple Starry Sky Cake will be available at the Disney’s All-Star Resorts Food Courts. It is described as purple chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge, and dark chocolate with a galaxy glaze topped with galaxy sprinkles.
Purple Galaxy Cupcake will also be available at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort/Disney’s Pop Century Resort Food Courts. It is described as a Chocolate cupcake filled with raspberry marmalade topped with vanilla buttercream, galaxy glitter, crispy pearls, and chocolate ears.
African Violet Cupcake will be available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. The Mara Vanilla cupcake with berry medley preserves topped with chocolate buttercream.
Purple Contempo Cupcake will be available at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Contempo Café. It is described as a Strawberry cupcake filled with purple sprinkles topped with lavender buttercream and purple Minnie ears.
Purple Minnie Cupcake will be available at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Capt. Cook’s/Kona Coffee Bar. It is described as a Vanilla cupcake filled with peanut butter and raspberry jam topped with purple buttercream.
Purple Cupcake will be available at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, Food Courts. It is described as a vanilla cupcake stuffed with cotton candy topped with cotton candy buttercream, chocolate glitter ears, and shimmer chocolate crispy pearls.
Purple Blackberry Mousse Brownie will be available at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, Roaring Fork. It is described as a rich decadent brownie with blackberry mousse.
Black Raspberry Lemon Tart will be available at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Marketplaces. It is described as a sweet sugar tart shell filled with black raspberry-lemon curd topped with black raspberry mousse, glacage, chocolate Mickey ears, buttercream, and sugar crispy pearls.
Purple Glove Macaron will be available at Disneyland Park, Jolly Holiday Bakery Café; Disney California Adventure Park, Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream/Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café. With blackberry and currant buttercream and blackberry-currant jam center.
Purple Rose will be available at Disneyland Park, Red Rose Taverne. It is described as a blueberry mousse with blackberry, currant, and lemon center.
Lavender Milk Tea will be available at Disneyland Park, Red Rose Taverne. With lemon popping pearls, purple whipped cream, and lavender sugar.
Purple Fish Tacos will be available at Disneyland Park, Rancho del Zocalo. They are described as Baja-style fish tacos with purple cabbage slaw and spicy lime aïoli served with a side of blue corn chips.
Jamaica Freeze will be available at Disneyland Park, Rancho del Zocalo (available starting Jan. 18) With candied hibiscus flowers.
Purple Churro will be available at Disneyland Park, Critter Country.
Taro Pancakes will be available at Disneyland Park, River Belle Terrace. Pancakes with purple Chantilly cream and crème anglaise.
Jungle Julep will be available at Disneyland Park, Bengal Barbecue. It is described as a pineapple, orange, grape, and lemon slush.
Berry Berry Purple Cobbler will be available at Disney California Adventure Park, Lamplight Lounge. Cobbler with blueberry cream cheese ice cream and topped with purple berry drizzle.
Purple Cake Pop will be available at Disneyland Resort, Candy Palace, Pooh Corner, Trolley Treats, Marceline’s Confectionery. It is described as a Chocolate cake pop with dark chocolate Mickey ears dipped in raspberry white chocolate.
Speaking of purple, Disney World announced a special Potion Purple Premiere Pop-Up Event in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom Park on Thursday, January 10 from 5-7 p.m. Details can be found here.
