SeaWorld guests will enjoy a spectacular fireworks display in honor of Independence Day on both July 3rd and 4th. Fireworks will light up the sky from two places on opposite sides of the park, Ski Lake and above the American flag, giving guests plenty of room throughout the entire park to social distance while watching the sparks light up the sky.
The fire works will take place on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th 8:50 p.m. – Guests can cap off their visit to SeaWorld San Antonio and celebrate Independence Day with the amazing Summer Fireworks Finale. Shot from the America flag near the park entrance as well as from the islands of Ski Lake, the fireworks can be enjoyed from anywhere around SeaWorld allowing everyone to maintain proper social distancing.
On Saturday, July 4th, annual pass members get additional perks on the 4th of July! They can enjoy early access to SeaWorld with the park opening exclusively for them an hour early at 9 a.m. After the fireworks, the fun continues for pass members as they can enjoy coasters after dark! From the NEW thrills at Texas Stingray, to SeaWorld’s iconic Steel Eel and Great White, to the rescue adventures at Wave Breaker, pass members hearts will continue to race as they experience the coasters in a whole new light… or dark… as they stay open exclusively for them until 10 p.m.
The holiday weekend is also a perfect time for active duty military to enter the park for free under the Waves of Honor program. Waves of Honor provides one complimentary admission per year to SeaWorld for the service member and as many as three direct dependents.
