**UPDATE** 8-20-20 – Universal Orlando will be keeping Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Universal’s Aventura Hotel, and Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites closed for the rest of 2020.
If you are a guest who has bookings at these resorts, they are being relocated to one of the remaining open resorts. Universal has not announced when these resorts will reopen. We will keep you posted.
Universal Orlando announced today that two of their resorts will be temporarily closing as the park continues to make adjustments due to COVID-19.
Both Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal’s Aventura Hotel at Universal Orlando will temporarily suspend operations on August 21 with no official reopening date announced.
All of Universal Orlando’s other resorts will remain operational, this includes Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites.
Universal Orlando also recently temporarily closed several of its attractions. More details can be found here.
