Absolutely heartbreaking news today as Chadwick Boseman, star of ‘Marshall’, ‘Black Panther’, ’42’ and ‘Get on Up’, has passed away at age 43 of colon cancer.
“It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman,” said a statement posted to his official Twitter account. “It was the honor of his life to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”

“He died in his home, with his wife and family by his side,” the post concluded. “The family thanks you for your love and prayers, and asks that you continue to respect their privacy during this difficult time.”
Rest easy, T’Challa.
