To celebrate their 20th anniversary, Universal Studios Japan has a new tagline.
You can laugh more! You can cry! Enjoy your life more! The new theme of the park is “NO LIMIT!”. Now, let’s unleash your heart and body in a world beyond your imagination! Let’s all be super energetic! As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of our opening this year, we have renewed our company message to “NO LIMIT!”. From now on, we will provide a stimulating experience with no limits, along with a spirit of challenge that never sets limits. And, through the piercing entertainment that only we can create, we aim to be a theme park where guests can break their shells (limits) and become [super-energetic] by delivering super-impression and super-excitement that guests have never experienced.
Not many details are given, but what they did show off are some of the new food items available for purchase throughout the event!
First up, is a Backdraft-themed turkey leg, which is kind of morbid since it’s resembling the body bag scene from the movie.
Make sure to pick up a Firefighter with Passion Fruit & Lemon Soda
There’s even a Super smoky turkey leg!
Friends All the Time! ET Sundae with a Chocolate Crunch
Probably my favorite item, a Back to the Future themed Delorian Churro!
A Terminator style ‘Dadan Dandaman with Pepper Beef’ and a black filling to represent dripping metal!
There is also an exclusive menu at Finnegan’s for St. Patrick’s Day, featuring breaded lamb with bones, roast chicken, oven-baked shrimp, shepherd’s pie, Irish omelet, french fries, soup, and bread!
There is also a 20th anniversary Pizza Cake Set being sold at Louie’s NY Pizza Parlor!
Last, but certainly not least, a Jaws Dog! Not sure if you’ve ever imagined Bruce with a hot dog tongue, but there you go!
These items are so fun, and we wish we could try them all! More details about 20th anniversary items as they are released!
Emily Ann has always loved the theme parks, and is now so happy she gets to create content around them for ThrillGeek! She considers herself a huge theme park foodie, as well as finding unique items across the parks. Would die for HHN.
