For 50 years, guests have taken souvenirs here and there home from the Walt Disney World Resort as a reminder of both their family vacations, as well as a piece of Walt Disney World history. Today, we are given a sneak peek at the new collection that is inspired by “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” which begins October 1st!
Remember, this is an 18-month celebration, so pay attention to the dates and where these items will be located. Most of these items will also be available on shopDisney!
Pre-Celebration Must-Haves
On Aug. 12, this ‘pre-celebration collection features the items shown above, which are a limited-time purchase. If you’re an Annual Passholder, make sure to check out the special long-sleeve T-shirt.
Celebration Collection
From Dooney and Bourke to headwear to the fan-favorite soap dispenser, the Celebration Collection promises something for everyone in your family to wear on their next trip!
Disney Castle Collection
Cinderella Castle is the theme of this collection, which includes collectible ornaments, a castle-themed mug, and a light-up Minnie Mouse ear headband.
Vault Collection
With a retro theme inspired by the Walt Disney Archives, this collection includes an assortment of opening-day favorites, such as a modern rendition of the original Mickey Mouse ear hat, T-shirt styles, and vintage-inspired plush toys.
EARidescent Collection
Matching the decor on Cinderella Castle, this collection will debut in late October, and is themed to match the EARidescent celebration. From everything from a mini-backpack by Loungefly, Spirit Jersey, and a new set of Minnie’s ears.
You didn’t think these collections would have some boring ol’ display, now did you? These imaginative displays will pop up at select merchandise locations across Walt Disney World, including World of Disney at Disney Springs.
