Starting November 13, Disneyland Paris will be celebrating Christmas, with guests first being welcomed by a huge tree with over a thousand lights on Main Street, U.S.A., leading them to Sleeping Beauty Castle, and it will snow more than 12 times a day on Main Street, U.S.A.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Stitch, not to mention Santa Claus himself, will be present in both parks, in their holiday finest!
“Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade!” is brand new, and composed of five gigantic floats, featuring Mickey and his friends, Disney Princesses and Santa Claus, accompanied by Tinkerbell! Each float represents a Christmas scene with traditional decorations and parade performers will be dressed in luminous costumes specially designed for the occasion. There is also a daytime version of this parade.
Don’t think they forgot about food and beverage offerings! Seasonal dishes such as stuffed turkey or Christmas Yule Log as well as vegan selections including pumpkin and chestnut soup or pan-fried spelt with asparagus and morel mushrooms are just some of the many options to try this year. Got more of a sweet tooth? Try Minnie’s Christmas tartlet, gingerbread trees, and “Olaf’choc’o’neige”, a hot beverage with banana puree and whipped cream.
The Disney Hotels will also be getting in on the Christmas fun, featuring festive decorations, photo opportunities with Disney Characters and restaurant and shopping offerings. Guests can book a selection of rooms specially decorated and with surprise gift packages for both adults and kids for Christmas at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and Disney’s Newport Bay Club.

Emily Ann has always loved the theme parks, and is now so happy she gets to create content around them for ThrillGeek! She considers herself a huge theme park foodie, as well as finding unique items across the parks. Would die for HHN.
