Connections Café and Eatery will be a brand new, unique experience, embracing the cultures from around the world officially opening in Spring 2022!
Connections is listed as a fast-casual quick-service restaurant and as part of World Celebration, embraces the magic of possibility. With an open kitchen, you can get a glimpse of the chefs finishing desserts, crafting pizza dough, and much more.
Now the part you were waiting for, a preview of the menu for the Connections Eatery!
From the French Bistro Burger with caramelized onions, bacon, and brie to the Southwestern Burger featuring a roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole spread – yum! You can’t go wrong with the Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi Burger or the Greek-inspired Mediterranean Burger.
The Niçoise-style Salad is packed with potatoes, white and green beans, and olives drizzled with a delicious Dijon vinaigrette. The General Tso Chicken Salad features ingredients like broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and crispy wontons.
There will be four pizzas available. Featured are the Meatball Pizza and the Curry Spice Pizza topped with carrots, potato, peas, and lime “yogurt” puts a new plant-based twist on the classic pizza.
For the kiddos, try a Grilled Chicken Bao or classics like the Chicken Nuggets Basket or Cheeseburger.
For dessert, pick up the Liege Waffle, made with brioche yeast dough stuffed with pearl sugar and finished with some tasty toppings.
Like milkshakes? Try the Mango-Coconut Milk Shake topped off with a pomegranate molasses drizzle for a nice, refreshing beverage and the Apple Pie Gelato Shake.
You can also grab alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic options at the Cafe! The Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca is alcohol-free and for those over 21, there are multiple wines and draft beers available, like the Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler.
