New Dishes from Resorts at Walt Disney World

Delicious updates were just announced from the resorts of Walt Disney World!

First, the Enchanted Rose at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has some great new additions, including a charcuterie board, an artisanal cheese selection, and more. Next, you can’t miss the Smoked Trout and Crab dip, complete with salmon roe, chive oil, and sesame seed lavosh. Next, one of the absolute standouts is the Caviar! This version includes Siberian caviar,  an egg yolk spread, crème fraiche, caper berries and brioche. Finally, the Seasonal Flatbread is deliciously topped with artichoke, fig, ricotta, roasted garlic, and watercress!

Head on over to Boatwright’s Dining Hall at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside for the best of New Orleans cuisine. The new Lowcountry Seafood Boil is a classic filled with shrimp, mussels, and Andouille sausage with corn on the cob and potatoes simmered in a spicy Cajun broth. There’s also the new Taste of the Bayou, an all-you-care-to-enjoy platter complete with ribs, Cajun chicken, sausage, beef brisket, and amazing sides like mac & cheese! There’s even a new plant-based Harvest Red Beans & Rice offering. Yum!

If you’re looking for some sweets, enjoy the Southern Cheesecake or the new Milk & Cookies! There’s a new, delicious dessert that everyone will love!

Also at the resort is the River Roost Lounge, which will be serving a new plant-based Spinach & Artichoke Dip and a new cocktail, the French 75. Made with Argyle Sparkling Brut, Hendricks Gin, fresh lemon juice, and pure cane sugar, it’s a can’t-miss for all those over 21!

Right next door, venture over to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter to the Scat Cat’s Club – Lounge, and discover their incredible new plant-based offer. The Sassy Sassagoula Sliders are a trio featuring BBQ  jackfruit, fried green tomatoes, and a “fish” cake with spicy rémoulade. It’s a true delight for your taste buds.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is debuting some new items, too! At Bar Riva, you can find four new great dishes influenced by French and Italian cuisine. Enjoy a delicious Burrata Salad, complete with pesto and focaccia bread, the Salmon with Orzo, or the Mushroom Arancini (complete with truffle!) If you’re looking for something sweet, the Molten Chocolate Cake, topped with raspberry sauce and raspberries, is a dream.

The Riviera also has a great new signature cookie that is being debuted! Enjoy this delicious baked delight, complete with semi-sweet chocolate chips, ground oats, California walnuts, toasted pistachios, dried cherries, and flake sea salt. You can find this at Primo Piatto.

Last but certainly not least, Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is pleased to share its new signature cocktails and zero-proof mocktails at the Belle Vue Lounge. The Orange Blossom Manhattan is normally a holiday fan-favorite, but it will be available year-round! If you’re looking for something light and refreshing, enjoy the Sparkling Hibiscus, complete with Sorel Hibiscus Liqueur and sparkling grapefruit. The Agave Garden featuring passionfruit green tea is a winner for those wanting something zero-proof.
