May the 4th is fast approaching and Disney recently shared new details about new and returning activities and events that will be happening for this once-a-year Star Wars celebration.
Star Wars fans can get their hands on new collectibles from Disney Parks throughout the month of May, including recently released new pieces that guests can use while building a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. While visiting Batuu, be sure to check out all the new accessories, including a Lightsaber stand, attachable kyber crystal holders, and more. Plus, new Legacy Lightsaber collectible hilts will be available at Dok Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Disney Parks and on shopDisney beginning May 4 and throughout the month of May.
Over at Disneyland, Hyperspace Mountain will be returning for a limited time for guests to enjoy. Guests who choose to purchase Disney Genie+ service can also try out Disney PhotoPass Lenses, featuring a new lens that allows you to customize your own Mandalorian helmet and armor. Guests staying at the hotels of the Disneyland Resort can continue the celebration with movie nights featuring favorite Star Wars saga films on select nights in May. Guests can head over to the Downtown Disney District to strike a pose with a photo opportunity inspired by the Disney Junior original series “Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures”
And of course, food! All the details on what special food items can be found during the month of May can be found in our May the 4th Foodie guide article, which can be found here.
