1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa reopens April 10 with reservations opening March 5. When the restaurant reopens, it will feature returning guest favorites like the strawberry in addition to new menu offerings dreamed up by our talented chefs. Fans may also remember Big Bertha, an antique organ that has called the resort home since 1988. Look for her in the main dining room, where she’s on display as its grand centerpiece.
In this refreshed dining location, a few familiar faces will stop by throughout breakfast and dinner, including Aladdin in his Prince Ali look, Cinderella, Mirabel and Tiana in her new look for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure as they celebrate the power of a wish.
And just like before, carousel theming will be woven through 1900 Park Fare, including an impressive new mural that will serve as the focal point of the restaurant’s entrance.
