Must-Try Menu Items at the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

Disneyland Resort guests can savor a medley of lively dishes, beverages, and experiences during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, Feb. 28 through April 21, 2025. Eight festival marketplaces, participating dining locations and select carts – including the new and vibrant Mercado de Antojos marketplace – serve must-try bites and beverages inspired by California’s culinary landscape. Sip and Savor Pass
Guests may save on their foodie fun with the purchase of a Sip and Savor Pass*, which can be shared among friends and family, or used over multiple visits to this year’s Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Available in a four- or eight-coupon option, each digital coupon is redeemable for a select food item or nonalcoholic beverage from participating festival marketplaces or dining locations.
Creative new offerings

This year’s festival introduces fresh dishes for guests to discover, including:
- Birria mac and cheese from Sonoma Terrace and Mercado de Antojos: enriched with onion-cilantro sauce and tortilla crunch
- Mini LA street dog from LA Style and Award Wieners: adorned with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish, and Nueske’s® applewood smoked bacon
- Burrata toast from Aunt Cass Café: toasted sourdough, onion jam, burrata, tomatoes, arugula and balsamic glaze
- Corn chip chili pie featuring Impossible™ Beef from Peppers Cali-ente and Cozy Cones: with spicy cheese sauce, tomatoes, sliced jalapeños and sour cream
Cocktail creations and mocktail mixings
From specialty sips to nonalcoholic refreshments, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has a wide selection of creative beverages. All-new highlights for 2025 include:
- Mango guava punch from California Craft Brews: lemon juice, mango pureé, guava nectar juice and cucumber syrup, garnished with a rainbow sour belt gummy (nonalcoholic)
- IPA beer flight from California Craft Brews: Russian River Blind Pig IPA, Golden Road Ride on Tropical Hazy IPA, Chapman Craft Orange Plaza Pale, Stereo A More Perfect Double IPA
- Raspberry horchata from Mercado de Antojos: raspberry, almond and cinnamon syrups, rice pudding, milk and condensed milk, garnished with skewered raspberries (nonalcoholic)
- California wine cocktail from Uncork California: white wine, gin, peach, pureé, lemon juice and blue curaçao syrup, garnished with blue rock candy

- Blueberry pancake cold brew from Golden Dreams: Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co.® Mexico origin coffee, oat milk, demerara, maple, and brown butter syrup topped with blueberry sweet cream, garnished with cinnamon-flavored cereal crumble
- Shrimp papas locas from Peppers Cali-ente: cheddar-bacon potatoes with jalapeño cheese sauce and spicy shrimp featuring Tajín®
