FIRST LOOK at Monsters Inc. Door Vault Coaster Lift Hill Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios
At the SXSW panel, Pixar’s Chief Creative Officer Pete Docter and Imagineer Michael Hundgen shared exciting details about the upcoming Monsters, Inc.-themed land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, named Monstropolis. The area will feature a thrilling roller coaster attraction based on the iconic door vault from the movie. The coaster will be Disney’s first suspended coaster and include a vertical lift, offering a unique experience that mirrors moments from the film when the doors are grabbed and swooped off into the vault.
