Universal Volcano Bay will close for the season starting October 26, 2026, with a planned reopening on or before March 24, 2027. Universal will perform annual maintenance on various attractions and park areas during this time.
Guests who have purchased tickets for visits during this closure period are being contacted for assistance. Support is available at Guest Services located at Universal Volcano Bay, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, or by calling (407) 224-4233.
The TapuTapu wearable and virtual line system at Volcano Bay will be retired starting October 1, 2025. From that date forward, guests will be able to access attraction queues at their convenience without the need for virtual reservations.
