For the very first time in Italy, Disney Cruise Line partnered with Make-A-Wish Italia to grant dreams for nearly 40 families living with critical illnesses.
During a stop in Civitavecchia aboard the Disney Fantasy, children and their families spent a magical day filled with unforgettable experiences – from a Royal Tea Party with Disney Princesses like Cinderella and Belle, to fun in the Oceaneer’s Club, and even a lively dance party with Captain Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and more.
One highlight was 5-year-old Aurora’s dream come true: meeting her favorite princess, Cinderella. “Today I met Cinderella, and I hugged her!” she said with joy.
Disney is the largest wish-granter for Make-A-Wish worldwide, having fulfilled more than 170,000 wishes to date, bringing hope and magic when it’s needed most. This special day in Italy showcases the power of kindness, imagination, and community – and the happiness that Disney magic continues to inspire around the world.
